Electrica approves distribution of 246 million RON as dividends for 2019

Electrica announces the decisions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on April 29. The company has approved the distribution of the net profit for the financial year 2019, with the total gross dividend value of 246 million RON.

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the proposal of the Management Board to distribute dividends in gross value of 0.7248 RON/ share for the financial year 2019.
