Diana Novac joins Flanco as HR Director, bringing 25 years of human resources management experience across local and international companies operating in the food, oil, FMCG, pharmaceutical, beauty, tobacco, financial services, e-commerce, retail and logistics sectors. Prior to joining Flanco, she served as People Director at DP World and, from 2023 to 2026, as Country HR Director at Sezamo.

Throughout her career, Diana Novac has held senior human resources leadership positions and coordinated complex projects at international companies across various industries. Her experience includes building fully operational organizational structures for start-ups, designing and leading talent management initiatives, transforming HR processes to improve productivity, and ensuring organizational integration during mergers and acquisitions.
Her professional background also includes general management responsibilities, including serving as interim Managing Director at Eurofins Romania. She has also worked closely with senior management teams to align strategic HR initiatives with organizational objectives and business results.

Diana Novac holds a master’s degree in human resource management from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, where she studied as a Fulbright scholar. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in public policy and social governance from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași. In addition, she studied Organizational Psychology at the University of Liège in Belgium through an Erasmus scholarship.
