ROCA Industry, Romania’s first industrial holding company specialized in the production of construction materials, reports consolidated EBITDA of RON 43.1 million for the first six months of this year, marking an increase of 85.4% compared to the same period in 2025. In this context, the EBITDA margin reached 11.0% of revenue.
In the first half of 2026, ROCA Industry Holding recorded a 26.8% increase in consolidated revenue compared to the same period last year, reaching RON 391.9 million.
At the bottom-line level, ROCA Industry recorded net profit of RON 4.2 million during the reporting period. The result confirms the positive evolution of the holding’s financial performance, despite a challenging environment for the construction industry, which continued to be affected by pressures on activity and demand.
“The six-month results confirm the continuation of the growth trajectory started as early as the first quarter of the year. Consolidated EBITDA reached RON 43.1 million, up 85.4% compared to H1 2025, while net profit reached RON 4.2 million. In a challenging macroeconomic context, reaching in the first six months the EBITDA level recorded for the entire year 2025 confirms the effectiveness of the measures implemented and the holding’s ability to sustain the growth and profitability of its portfolio companies. We continue to focus on operational consolidation, developing sales channels and expanding into new markets, with the goal of building a sustainable long-term growth platform,” said Ionuț Bindea, CEO of ROCA Industry.
In H1 2026, ROCA Industry operated in a challenging market context, marked by disruptions in the construction sector, economic and political uncertainty, inflation, high interest rates and costs.
In this context, the portfolio companies continued their efforts to diversify sales channels and strengthen their presence both on the domestic and export markets. These initiatives supported the improvement of performance and helped limit the impact of unfavourable factors.
ELECTROPLAST, leader in the railway cable segment, maintains a positive trend in volumes, revenue and profitability, supported by the investments made in 2025 and efficient management of metal price volatility. The company recorded the best performance in the portfolio in H1 2026, with EBITDA of RON 13.7 million, up 97.2%, and revenue of RON 159.9 million (+66.0% compared to H1 2025). Net profit reached RON 3.8 million supported by an improved product mix and investments in technology.
BICO Group, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of fiberglass mesh and technical fabrics, maintained a record level of operating profitability and strengthened its position as a regional leader in fiberglass mesh production. In H1 2026, the company reported an increase in EBITDA, reaching RON 16.3 million (with an EBITDA margin of 18.3%), while revenue increased by 14.7% to RON 89.4 million. Net profit for the first half of 2026 amounted to RON 8.1 million.
EVOLOR, one of the largest players in the Romanian paints and coatings manufacturing industry, recorded stronger export dynamics in H1 2026 and, in a continuously contracting market, increased its market share while maintaining profitability. The company improved its EBITDA by 18.1% compared to H1 2025, reporting RON 8.1 million and an EBITDA margin of 14.1%, while revenue increased by 14.4%, reaching RON 56.9 million. Net profit achieved in the first six months stands at RON 2.4 million.
VELTADOORS, the largest Romanian manufacturer of doors for residential construction, accelerated its development by expanding into new markets, including Greece, strengthening partnerships with major DIY chains and diversifying its product portfolio. In the first half of 2026, the company reports revenue of RON 46.1million, up 1.4% compared to H1 2025, and EBITDA of RON 4.5 million, with a margin of 9.8%.
DIAL, one of Romania’s largest manufacturers of fence panels and mesh, strengthened its position as a reference producer in fencing systems through portfolio innovation and diversification, as well as by strengthening partnerships with DIY retailers and in road infrastructure projects. Financial results for H1 2026 indicate revenue of RON 39.6 million (+0.2% vs. H1 2025) and EBITDA of RON 3.2 million, with a margin of 8.2%.
