Notino reports 1.76 billion euros in revenues, up 11.5 percent in fiscal year 2025

Notino, Europe’s largest online beauty and health retailer, closed fiscal year 2025 with 1.76 billion euros in revenue, marking an 11.5 percent year-on-year increase.

The company now serves more than 40 million customers across 27 European markets. Romania accounted for 7 percent of total revenue, while Poland remained Notino’s largest market with more than 15 percent of sales, followed by the Czech Republic (12 percent) and Italy (9 percent). The fastest-growing markets, each recording growth of more than 25 percent compared to the previous year, were Croatia and Lithuania.

The final months of fiscal 2025 saw a more moderate pace during the Black Friday and holiday shopping season, but growth quickly accelerated again. In the first months of 2026, revenue growth reached 27 percent.

“We closed the fiscal year with double-digit growth, outperforming the European e-commerce market while maintaining a strong financial position that enables us to continue investing. The first months of 2026 confirmed that the changes we implemented were the right move—we now have a more efficient organization and a solid foundation for our next stage of growth,” said Jakub Šedý, Co-CEO of Notino.

During the year, Notino continued expanding its omnichannel strategy, integrating online shopping, physical retail, and beauty services. The company broadened its store network across Europe, including the opening of its first physical store in Croatia. It now operates 27 stores across eight European countries, with in-store sales increasing by nearly 30 percent year on year. This autumn, Notino will open its first store in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Notino also entered fiscal year 2026 with a new leadership structure. After more than six years at the helm, Zbyněk Kocián handed over the company’s leadership to a team of three Co-CEOs: Bartosz Kliś, Lukáš Havlásek, and Jakub Šedý. The trio will jointly oversee Notino’s future development through a leadership model that distributes responsibilities across three key business areas, enabling faster decision-making and more effective management of the company’s continued European expansion.
