Mihaela Rodica Suciu, Chief Executive Officer, DEER: “The Electrician’s Trophy is one of the most important professional competitions in the electricity distribution sector and provides an opportunity to showcase the expertise, responsibility, and professionalism of specialists working in this industry. The transformation of electricity distribution networks and the ongoing energy transition are creating increasingly complex challenges. Their success depends, above all, on the people who design, operate, and modernize our energy infrastructure. The results achieved by our colleagues are a recognition of their dedication, preparation, and commitment.
