Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment must provide and ensure mechanisms for fair burden-sharing among all economic operators, Secretary of State Niculae Havrilet said at “LeaderTalks in ENERGY” conference.

“We need to be sure that nobody wins or loses unjustly. We are preparing new orders on secondary legislation,” Havrilet explained. “We must ensure the functioning of the energy market in such a way that it does not require the involvement of the last resort suppliers”.
