We are talking about a company that has grown organically, has become a leader in a competitive sector, and is now turning to the capital market to support its next phase of growth. The strong investor interest confirms both confidence in the company’s strategy and prospects, as well as the capital market’s ability to support large-scale entrepreneurial projects. We are pleased to have had the opportunity to assist Christian Tour in this process and thank them for their trust. We congratulate the company’s team and all the consultants involved for their professionalism and excellent collaboration throughout the transaction”, said Olga Niță, partner at Filip & Company.
