Real estate developer Alesonor and Medikali, a modern multidisciplinary clinic with 100% Romanian ownership, announce the signing of a partnership for the development of a medical clinic within Amber Forest Agora, the educational, sports, commercial and medical facilities area of the fully integrated Amber Forest project.
The building dedicated to medical facilities within Amber Forest Agora is being constructed to nZEB standards and will have an area of approximately 3,000 sqm, located on a plot of around 2,000 sqm. The total investment amounts to 7 million euros. The Medikali Center will occupy an area of approx. 1.000 square meters within this building.
The new Medikali clinic is scheduled to open in 2028 and will complete the integrated services ecosystem within Amber Forest Agora, providing access to modern medical services both for the community’s residents and for the wider public in Bucharest’s northern area. The partnership reflects the shared vision of the two companies to contribute to the development of a healthy and balanced lifestyle within a community built around the “15-minute city” concept.
