    Distribuție Energie Electrică România relocates registered office to a modern, energy-efficient building in Cluj-Napoca

    Distribuție Energie Electrică Romania (DEER), part of the Electrica Group, announces the relocation of the company’s registered office starting February 5, 2026, in accordance with Resolution No. 1/05.02.2026 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of DEER Shareholders.

    In this context, the company’s registered office will move from 28A Ilie Măcelaru Street, Cluj-Napoca, to 22B Arinilor Street, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County.

    The new headquarters is a modern, energy-efficient building that integrates sustainable solutions for the production and use of electricity. It is equipped with photovoltaic panels, helping to optimize energy consumption and reduce environmental impact.

    Through this investment, DEER reaffirms its commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability, in line with its responsibilities as an essential operator of the national energy infrastructure.
