    Filip & Company advises Autonom on a EUR 300 million credit facility agreement

    Filip & Company has provided legal assistance to Autonom Services S.A., Romania’s largest independent mobility solutions company, in relation to the conclusion of a credit facility agreement for a total amount of EUR 300 million, with an option to extend the facility up to EUR 350 million.

    The financing includes an ESG component to support the environmental, social and corporate governance objectives of Autonom Services S.A., by integrating sustainable performance indicators and mechanisms that stimulate a continuous improvement of performance in these areas.

    “This transaction represents an important step for Autonom and the local financing market, highlighting the sector’s evolution towards more mature, better-integrated structures with clear ESG objectives.
