Square 7, part of M Core, officially inaugurated its new Bucharest office last week, marking an important milestone for the company. The opening was the next step in Square 7’s evolution in Romania, following two years of major investment, strategic acquisitions and the rapid growth of the team.

Square 7, part of M Core, invests in, develops and manages purpose-driven spaces that are accessible, efficient and tailored to the needs of its customers. From acquisition and permitting to construction, leasing and long-term management, the company oversees the full lifecycle of each project.

The new office space, modern and filled with natural light, was designed to create the right setting for turning our plans into reality through collaboration, idea sharing, and by offering the team an inspiring environment for innovation and development. At the same time, it marks the consolidation of M Core’s presence in Romania – one of the group’s key markets.
