The company reported total revenues of 20.73 million RON and a net profit of 7.43 million RON, up from 7.36 million RON in the same period of 2024.
Turnover reached 7.57 million RON, driven by residential unit sales in Bucharest and surrounding areas. Operating revenues of 14.04 million RON, representing 67% of the total, reflect both apartment sales and partial completions or divestments of late-stage real estate projects. The financial component contributed 6.69 million RON through shareholder loans and bank placements.
Meta Estate Trust reports total assets of 126.8 million RON, approximately 10% above the level recorded as of September 30, 2024, and an investment portfolio of 114.4 million RON, up about 8% from last year.
“The first nine months of 2025 have been marked by a complex economic environment, influenced by corrective fiscal-budgetary measures and market volatility. In this context, Meta Estate Trust continued to deliver solid results, demonstrating the resilience and flexibility of our business model. The net profit of 7.4 million RON is slightly above the level reported for the same period in 2024, while the asset base and portfolio value continued to grow. These results were achieved through close portfolio monitoring and quick investment optimization decisions. We are preparing for the company’s listing on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, while advancing the transition to a new dedicated CEO, maintaining our goal of creating long-term value for shareholders,” said Bogdan Gramanschi, CFO of Meta Estate Trust and Interim CEO.
In the Trading line, Meta Estate Trust pre-contracted 45 apartments across five projects, with deliveries starting in 2026. In the Income-Generating Assets line, the company invested in a retail park in Ciolpani and pre-contracted four villas in the Radisson Blu Grand Mountain Resort Brașov.
Meta Estate Trust also completed the acquisition of the Piața Victoriei land plot and is preparing a project dedicated to medical services.
At the end of the third quarter, the investment portfolio was valued at 114.4 million RON, diversified across three business lines — partnerships (co-development), trading, and income-generating assets.
