    Transgaz reports net profit of 518 million RON, up 282 percent in the first six months

    Transgaz announced its financial results for the first half of 2025. The company reported a net profit of 518 million RON, up 282 percent. Compared to 30 June 2024, the consolidated gross profit achieved as of 30 June 2025 increased by 272 percent, which is higher by 382.9 million RON.

    The variation of the consolidated economic and financial indicators achieved at 30 June 2025, compared to the indicators achieved in Half I 2024 is mainly determined by the variation of the separate economic-financial indicators recorded by SNTGN Transgaz SA at 30 June 2025 compared to the indicators achieved in Half I 2024.

    In Half I 2025 Vestmoldtransgaz SRL of the Republic of Moldova provided natural gas delivery services amounting to 147.1 million RON.

    Operating revenue before the balancing and construction activity, according to IFRIC12 increased by 140 percent compared to the one achieved at 30 June 2024, which is higher by 405.6 million RON.

    Operating costs before the balancing and construction activity according to IFRIC12 increased by 112 percent as compared to 30 June 2024, which is higher by 100.1 million RON. Compared to 30 June 2024 the gross profit achieved at 30 June 2025 increased by 242 percent, which is higher by 315.2 million RON, and the achieved net profit increased by 248 percent, which is higher by 274.5 million RON.
