IMPACT Developer & Contractor launches the second phase of development within the Boreal Plus residential compound, located in the north of Constanta, with an estimated market value of 17 million euro.

With two buildings with 8 and 11 floors, respectively, and a total of 134 apartments, plus 160 indoor and outdoor aboveground parking spaces, storage boxes, green spaces, playgrounds, kindergarten, and related infrastructure, the second phase comes with a new architecture and a series of premium features.

The new phase complements the current offer of apartments available in Boreal Plus with new unit typologies: 52 sqm studios, 2-room apartments with areas of 69-71 sqm and 3-room apartments with total areas of 96-99 sqm. The ground floor units have generous gardens, with areas ranging from 21 to 77 sq m.

Starting from August 18, the developer is launching a special launch offer, which includes a limited number of apartments. Launch prices start at 69,543 euros + VAT for studios, 89,431 euros + VAT for 2-room apartments and 125,981 euros + VAT for 3-room apartments.

A new benefit that IMPACT offers is payment in installments, also in response to market demand in Constanta.

Launched in 2020, the Boreal Plus complex includes 18 villas completed and fully sold and 209 apartments completed and 85% contracted, in phase 1.
