    The Ministry of Finance launches new Fidelis government bonds on the Bucharest Stock Exchange

    The Ministry of Finance carries out between August 1 and 8, a new public offering for Fidelis government bonds dedicated to retail investors. It is the seventh offering carried out on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) in 2025 and the 27th since the resumption of the Fidelis program in July 2020. Through the previous 26 offerings, the Ministry of Finance attracted 53.3 billion RON (10.8 billion EUR) from individual investors.

    This new offer consists of eight issues, four in RON and four in EUR, out of which two are dedicated to blood donors. On the donors’ tranches, both the one in RON and the one in EUR, orders can only be placed by investors who have donated blood between March 1st and August 8th, 2025.

    The Fidelis government bonds can be subscribed through the intermediary consortium or intermediaries authorized by Financial Supervisory Authority who have signed an undertaking to comply with the conditions of the offering and the provisions of the prospectus and have sent the undertaking to the Lead Manager.

    The consortium consists of BT Capital Partners (Lead Manager), Alpha Bank Romania, Banca Comerciala Romana, BRD – Groupe Societe Generale and TradeVille (Intermediaries) and Banca Transilvania, Libra Internet Bank (Distribution Group).
