Investing in education and community – MHP’s commitment to the future

As the team grows, MHP Romania has also taken on the responsibility of investing in the community’s future. Since 2014, MHP Romania has initiated a strategic partnership with Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, co-founding a German-language study program specializing in Computer Science. This is proof of a long-term commitment to education and the future, a bridge between academia and the IT industry.

In 2022, this partnership was expanded to include two additional German-language study programs, this time within the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration supporting the “Business Administration” course of study, at the bachelor’s level and “International Management”, at the master’s level.

Students who participated in MHP programs have benefited from internships, academies, technical competitions, and company open days. Many of them are now an integral part of the team, contributing to the company’s success and perpetuating the commitment to giving back to the community.
