    Published on

CPI Romania, part of CPI Property Group, has finalized its transaction with ALFA Group, which, through its company Iride Development, is acquiring the majority of the IRIDE Park project, including associated logistics facilities and two adjacent buildings with potential for future development.

The two parties had signed a preliminary agreement in October 2024. According to the terms of the deal, the buildings IRIDE eighteen, myhive IRIDE | nineteen, and myhive IRIDE | twenty will remain under the ownership of CPI Romania.

Fulga Dinu, Country Manager, CPI Romania: “With the signing of this agreement with ALFA GROUP, we are completing a key stage in CPI Romania’s portfolio optimization strategy. I’m pleased to conclude such a complex transaction successfully. IRIDE has proven its long-term value and will continue to be a landmark on the local real estate market, even under the new configuration in which CPI Romania retains three buildings. We remain focused on investing in the long-term growth and relevance of our strategic assets, reinforcing our position as a leading player in the local real estate market.”

Mihai Măcelaru, CEO, ALFA Group: “The acquisition of a significant part of IRIDE Park adds substantial value to ALFA Group’s real estate portfolio in Bucharest. It is a major transaction on the local market that opens the door to new large-scale development opportunities for our group in the medium and long term. I would like to thank the entire ALFA GROUP team for their dedication throughout this landmark transaction, as well as the legal and consulting teams who supported us.”

The transaction was advised by the law firm Biriş Goran on behalf of CPI Romania and by Peli Partners on behalf of ALFA Group.
