Starting with 1st of July 2025, HEINEKEN Romania will have a new Managing Director. Thibaut Boidin, who has held this role since September 2023, will take over another role within the HEINEKEN Group, as Managing Director and CEO of Nigerian Breweries Plc.

Boris Miloushev joins the HEINEKEN Romania team from the current position of Managing Director of HEINEKEN/SCC Portugal.

The period I spent at the leadership of HEINEKEN Romania ends with many reasons for satisfaction and with the confidence that the local business will continue to perform, based on a highly capable and motivated team, powerful portfolio and strong commercial partnerships. I will miss this amazing country but I’m leaving with great memories and Romania will stay close to my heart” – Thibaut Boidin

Boris Miloushev joined HEINEKEN N.V. in 1999 in Bulgaria where he worked as a HR Manager and later as a Sales Director. Since 2008 he was a Regional Sales and Distribution Director for HEINEKEN Central and Eastern Europe. In 2011 he moved to Russia as a Senior Sales and Distribution Director of HEINEKEN Russia. In 2016 he was appointed as Managing Director of Heineken Croatia before becoming MD of SCC Portugal in 2019.

I am excited to join the team in Romania, which operates in a market with great growth potential, very receptive to innovation, a market that makes solid efforts towards a more sustainable activity. I will build on the solid foundation laid in recent years by the local team, towards the mission of becoming market leaders and towards the objectives of our business strategy, EverGreen, where caring for people and sustainable development go hand in hand with business growth.” – Boris Miloushev
