The platform is available to PPC Energie residential customers who have at least one active consumption location linked to their myPPC app account and full access – meaning they use the same email address as the one listed in their supply contract.
If the email address in your account does not match the one in your contract, you can quickly gain access by updating your details on the website www.ppcenergy.ro, here: https://actualizare-date.ppcenergy.ro/. New customers who create a myPPC app account using the same email address as in their contract will be granted automatic access to the platform.
