    Element Industrial receives building permit for new logistic park: 25 million Euro investment

    Element Industrial, real estate developer focused on industrial and logistic segment, announced it has received the building permit for Eli Park 1 and has started the construction works.

    Eli Park 1 will total a 45,000 sqm lettable area of warehousing spaces and offices and will involve an investment of 25 million Euro.

    “Sagex Construct has won the general contractor tender and is building the first phase of the logistic park, with a surface of 20,000 sqm. The facility will be delivered in the third trimester of 2019”, said Muler Onofrei, Managing Partner, Element Industrial.

    The new project will be designed and executed following class A international standards, with characteristics such as one loading bay for each 800 sqm of warehouse, 35 meters truck court and numerous parking places.
