Simply by Auchan network reaches 20 stores

    Published on

Auchan Romania continues to develop the franchise program launched in June 2024 and reaches 20 Simply by Auchan proximity stores. They operate in both urban and rural areas in seven counties, the most recent unit being opened in Bucharest.

With areas ranging from 50 to 250 square meters, Simply by Auchan stores offer a wide range of up to 3,500 items, from fruits and vegetables, frozen products and groceries, to products from Auchan’s bakery, as well as non-food items (personal care, cleaning, pet products, etc.).

The first 20 Simply by Auchan stores are open in the counties of Ilfov, Călărași, Bucharest, Teleorman, Giurgiu, Argeș and Buzău, with the highest demand for franchises currently being registered in Ilfov.

Most of the entrepreneurs operating these stores are owners of convenience stores who have chosen to develop their business through the franchise offered by Auchan.

“We are delighted to bring the Auchan difference to more and more areas of the country and we thank all partners for their trust. Developing the franchise program is one of the key priorities for us this year and we are working on several franchise formats that we can propose to both experienced specialists in trade and entrepreneurs just starting out,” said Ioana Toșa, Sales Director Auchan Romania.
