    Filip & Company assists Adrem in the sale of 20 percent of its shares to ROCA Investments

    Filip & Company law firm provided legal assistance to the Adrem group in the transaction whereby ROCA Investments would acquire 20 percent of the shares in Adrem Energy Solutions. The transaction marks a further strategic step in strengthening Adrem’s position in the energy services market, facilitating access to additional resources and expertise for future development.
