Filip & Company law firm has elected its new management and will be led for a 4-year term by the team of Co-Managing Partners formed by Cristina Filip and Alexandru Bîrsan.

They will lead an executive team made up of:

• Ioan Dumitrașcu and Cătălin Suliman, Co-Managers of Commercial;
• Cătălin Alexandru and George Trantea, Co-Managers of Dispute Resolution;
• Ioana Roman, Manager of Real Estate and Projects;
• Alexandra Manciulea, Manager of Banking and Financial Services;
• Alina Stancu Bîrsan, Manager of Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets.
