P3 Logistic Parks (“P3”) recently signed a new lease agreement with Nunner Logistics for warehouse space and offices in P3 Bucharest A1.

Nunner Logistics is a leading provider of logistics services headquartered in The Netherlands. After the successful integration of Lackner & Schwarz Romania in 2015, Nunner Logistics acquired also GTI Logistics in 2017. This has enabled them to grow their customer base and offer supply chain solutions from multi-modal freight shipments to small-package delivery, having logistic centers in Bucharest, Cluj, Bacau and Timisoara.

Gerhard Gerl, Managing Director at Nunner Logistics Romania, stated: “It’s our aim to expand our range of overall services in Romania and to develop the most competitive, reliable and fastest LTL (Less than Truck Load) and FTL (Full Truck Load) services from and to Romania. It was a nice surprise to find out that in Romania there is such a complex park that can accommodate our needs and provides A Class warehouse spaces and high-quality services. We very much appreciated the professionalism and personal approach of the P3 team, and we are confident that this is the beginning of a long-term collaboration”.

P3 Bucharest Park is the largest multifunctional park in Bucharest, having 380,000 sqm developed in 14 warehouses and a land bank with potential of delivery 100,000 sqm within 8-12 months, direct access to A1, ring road and direct rail connection to the 4th pan European corridor.
