Homing Properties invests 35 million euros in the development of a luxury complex of villas in Bucharest

    Published on

Homing Properties, the real estate developer specialized in the medium and upper residential segment, invests 35 million euros in the construction of a residential complex of luxury villas in the northern area of Bucharest.

The project will be developed on a total land area of 65,000 sqm and will comprise 140 villas with a total built-up area of approximately 32,000 sqm and approximately 600 covered parking spaces.

“Homing Village comes to complete the housing offer in the north of the Capital and launches luxury, medium-sized villas on the market, which remain affordable to customers. We have combined modern architecture and design with comprehensive amenities and strategic positioning to ensure future residents will have everything they need. The appetite for homes in the upper-middle segment has remained on an upward trend and we are seeing an increasing trend of buyers moving towards homes with gardens. Thus, we are optimistic that the project we are developing will be one in great demand”, stated Tomas Manjón, co-founder of Homing Properties.

Homing Village will benefit from direct access to Pipera Boulevard (formerly Pipera-Tunari) and the Bucharest beltway.

The developers provide clients with a wide range of amenities, including 5 different types of villas, from 3 to 6 bedrooms, each with a private garden and an optional swimming pool. The project will also offer generous green spaces, a multi-sports court, a children’s playground, a fitness center, and an event hall. Also, 24/7 security will be provided.

The residential complex of villas will be developed in four phases, with the first phase of the project scheduled for delivery in the last quarter of 2026.
