Hidroelectrica launches public tender procedure to find consultant for its IPO

    Published on

Energy producer Hidroelectrica launched the public tender procedure to find the consultant for listing on the stock exchange, the estimated value of the contract being 700,000 Euro, a press release shows.

“Hidroelectrica has entered the last hundred meters in terms of the listing process. We are preparing intensely for this project, which we wish and we believe will be a successful one. We went through important stages, first of all by establishing a clear direction to follow in the matter of historical investments, which allowed us to obtain an unqualified opinion from the independent auditor, thus smoothing, since last year, the path to listing,” said Bogdan Badea, President of the Hidroelectrica Board.

He stated that the intention is to use the capital attracted by listing for development and consolidation of the company.
