    Purcari Wineries launches Vintech Innovations to drive digital transformation

    Purcari Wineries, the CEE’s leading wine producer announced the launch of Vintech Innovations, a new IT company, fully owned by the Group and dedicated to advancing the Group’s digitalization initiatives.

    “This significant milestone underscores our ongoing commitment to technological innovation and will enhance our operational efficiency, accelerate decision-making processes, and optimize information flow within the Group. The establishment of Vintech Innovations is a strategic move designed to allow a more agile and responsive approach to meeting the evolving demands of the market and the expectations of our customers in an increasingly digital landscape,” a release shows.

    “We are excited to announce that today, we registered a new technology company – Vintech Innovations. This is one of the first steps that we are taking on our digitisation and innovation journey which will allow us to build new, digital and data capabilities across the group. We firmly believe that having these capabilities is critical to our Group and will create a unique digital foundation to support future growth of the group”, commented Anton Fortunatov, the Group Chief Information Officer.
