    Published on

CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), announces the successful delivery of 23,000 sqm from CTPark Arad West project, with an additional 20,000 sqm ready for tenant fit-out.

The newly completed 12-metre-high space is leased by companies such as Leoni Wiring Systems Arad, Delfingen, HUF Romania and BNB.

Located in Arad’s main industrial area, CTPark Arad West comprises 100,000 sqm in total, and offers direct access to the A1 motorway and the future Bucuresti-Timisoara-Arad-Nadlac motorway, part of the Pan European transport corridor linking western and south-east Europe.

“Today’s companies demand modern facilities that offer ample room for expansion. We are currently in advanced negotiations for a significant portion of the remaining space. CTPark Arad West stands as the ideal solution for both manufacturing and storage needs, providing businesses with the opportunity to thrive in a strategically located and integrated hub”, said Aurel Cîrstea, Business Development Manager Transylvania at CTP.

With a portfolio already covering 2.9 million sqm of Class-A sustainable modern warehouses, CTP Romania is poised for growth, boasting a landbank of over 3.5 million sqm in various cities. The company has over 200,000 sqm of industrial and logistics space that is currently under development in Arad, Bucharest, Brasov, and Sibiu, with plans for additional development throughout 2024.
