P3 Logistics Parks has signed two new deals with Uniprest Instal and Norm Fasteners Romania, part of Norm Holding, for over 6,300 sqm in P3 Bucharest A1.

Sinziana Pardhan, Managing Director P3 in Romania, says: “We warmly welcome our new partners in P3 Bucharest A1 Park. We are happy to start the year with two tenants from different industries, specialists in their sectors of activity, whose focus on quality and long term partnerships was a great match to P3’s philosophy.  It is great to see new demand from both existing players that are growing and strenghening their distribution network such as Uniprest as well as new big names entering the market such as Norm and we look forward to supporting their business growth in Romania”.
