    Filip & Company assists Banca Transilvania in the acquisition of BRD Pensions

    Filip & Company team assisted Banca Transilvania Group in the acquisition of BRD Pensions, a Societe Generale group company that manages a mandatory private pension fund (Pillar II) and a voluntary pension fund (Pillar III). Completion of the transaction is subject to the relevant regulatory approvals.
