    Dentons advises CTP on 200 million Euro refinancing

    Global law firm Dentons advised real estate developer CTP on a syndicated credit facility in a total amount of 200 million Euro for the refinancing of the development of 40 green, class A logistics and industrial buildings, within the CTPark Bucharest industrial park.

    The loan was granted by Alpha Bank Romania and Alpha Bank, acting as coordinating banks together with BRD Groupe Société Générale and ING Bank Romania.

    Dentons managed and coordinated the transaction from structuring to completion. Partner Simona Marin, Head of the Banking and Finance practice in Bucharest, led the legal team, assisted by senior associate Catalina Raca and associate Alexandra Sofineti.
