    Published on

Credit Europe Bank announces the launch of a new service to simplify the relationship between the bank and its retail customers. Clients can update their personal data safely, completely online, without having to visit the bank’s branch.

The new service is available via both the computer and mobile devices and can be accessed by visiting the Credit Europe Bank website.

“We are committed to improving our customers’ experience and adapting our services to the increasingly dynamic industry and users demands, and updating personal information online is an important step in this direction. We are convinced that this option will bring more efficiency and convenience to our customers, eliminating an extra trip”, stated Yakup Çil, Chief Executive Officer of Credit Europe Bank Romania.

To update their personal data online, Credit Europe Bank customers only need their identity card, access to a webcam or phone camera and a mobile phone number issued in Romania. This is a legal procedure that must be carried out periodically and can be initiated both by the bank and by clients, who will be alerted in advance of the need to update information.
