    Published on

Crosspoint Real Estate, one of the leading real estate consultancy companies in Romania, announces the promotion of Ionut Stan to Partner. Together with Codrin Matei – Principal Partner, Crosspoint Real Estate and Mihai Dumitrescu, Ionut Stan will play a role in the development and implementation of the company’s key initiatives, being responsible for the integration of optimization and streamlining solutions that contribute to the consolidation of the position on the real estate market and the sustainable growth of the business.

With a solid experience in the field and a results-oriented approach, he will continue to lead the Land Development department, ensuring the development of this key segment for the company.

Ionut Stan joined Crosspoint Real Estate in December 2018 as Associate Director in the Land Development department, after a year of experience at Cushman & Wakefield in a similar position. In early 2023, he took on the team and the role of Head of Land Development, with a strong business expertise and a background in finance and sales. Recently, he has been involved in numerous successful transactions within the company, such as the sale of a land plot with building permit for a residential project with 480 apartments on Fabrica de Glucoza Street developed by Prima Residence, the acquisition of two industrial parks in Cluj and Oradea for Transilvania Constructii or the acquisition of the Hilton Hotel in Oradea. He has also played a key role in the management of major clients, including Lion Capital, Novum Invest, Hornbach, Prima Development, Impact, Cordia and London Partners.

“During my five years at Crosspoint, I discovered how to get results in the right environment. In a two-person department, we have so far successfully closed deals with a total value of almost €200 million. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my colleagues, with whom we have managed to form a united team, regardless of the challenges we faced: a pandemic, a war at the country’s borders or urban planning obstacles.”, said Ionut Stan, Crosspoint Real Estate Partner.

Ionut Stan graduated the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, majoring in Finance-Banking, and before joining Crosspoint, he worked with major financial services and insurance companies such as Metropolitan Life, Coface and Garanti.
