PeliPartners assisted Mirova in 140 million Euro investment with Hyperion Energy Investments SGPS

PeliPartners assisted Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers dedicated to sustainable investing, in a 140 million Euro investment with Hyperion Energy Investments SGPS S.A., a company that engages in the development of and investment into renewable energy projects in Iberia and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

PeliPartners’ assistance focused on a detailed due diligence of the Romanian portfolio, consisting of several target companies currently developing photovoltaic projects of over 200 MW, as well as support during the transaction phase, including FDI clearance.
