    LG Electronics Romania signs lease deal for 1,400 sqm in myhive S-Park office building

    CPI Property Group has signed a lease agreement with LG Electronics Romania, for a period of 5 years – starting with the first quarter of 2024 – for an area of approximately 1,400 square meters, in the myhive S-Park office building. The leased space will be the local headquarters of LG Electronics Romania.

    myhive S-Park is the flagship building of the local myhive portfolio, being in the northern area of Bucharest, near Presei Libere Square and Herastrau Park. The building has leasable area of 34,300 square meters and offers various services and facilities designed to support the way of working specific to the post-pandemic period: conference centre with fully equipped rooms of various sizes; generous underground parking; varied infrastructure including a restaurant, cafés, a flower and chocolate shop, a beauty salon, charging stations for electric cars, bicycle parking spaces, locker rooms, and showers, etc.

We chose myhive S-Park for the new local headquarters of LG Electronics Romania because we wanted a change of perspective and a location perfectly adapted to the current work style. The space gives us the opportunity to optimize the workflow between departments and build a modern showroom, where we can present the latest LG products to our partners,” declares Sorin Spinu, Managing Director, LG Electronics Romania.
