Eximprod Group relocates its offices in Bucharest to Equilibrium 2 building developed by Skanska

    Published on

Eximprod, the group of companies that provides a portfolio of equipment, solutions, and services in the energy sector, is relocating its office from Bucharest to the Equilibrium 2 building, part of the complex developed by Skanska.

For its operations, Eximprod has leased, advised by CBRE Romania, a 1,300 sqm space, an office where it will bring its team in the second quarter of 2024.

“The relocation of our headquarters represents a strategic decision and comes in the context of the growth of our team in Bucharest and our commitment to providing an optimal working environment for our staff. We believe that the partnership with Skanska, recommended by CBRE Romania, is the best option, and the Equilibrium 2 building is designed to meet our needs for expansion and development, providing a modern and efficient workspace while adhering to ESG principles,” mentions Dragoș Vasile, Board Member of Eximprod.

“Sustainability, trust, and progress – these are the key elements underlying the partnership between Eximprod Group and Skanska. The healthy development of Romanian companies and the fact that these organizations choose to expand into newly developed office buildings with a strong focus on ESG principles can only bring us joy and confirm that a sustainable business can only evolve,” states Tamara Guleryuz, Leasing & Asset Manager for the commercial development division at Skanska CEE.

The transaction was facilitated with the support of CBRE, which advised the Eximprod team in a process that lasted for 3 months.

“I am delighted to have supported Eximprod in their transition to a new space in Equilibrium. The choice to relocate to a modern, Class A building was decisively driven by their commitment to energy efficiency and ESG principles. The chosen area provides excellent facilities for employees, proximity to a metro station, and easy access to the highway towards Ploiești, an essential criterion, considering that Eximprod’s headquarters is in Buzău,” added Anca Păuna, Senior Consultant A&T Services Office at CBRE Romania.
