Stefan Gadola, Energobit: “I appreciate employees who know how to get out of difficult situations, but I love those who don’t end up in such situations”

“Smart grid does not exist without smart people. We need well-trained people in the energy sector. In 2006, we implemented a unitary SCADA system that serves the high and medium voltage distribution network for Electrica Distributie Transilvania Nord. It is a system that ensures the supervision of over 90 transformer stations, over 600 transformer stations,” Stefan Gadola, president Energobit, said during Cybersecurity in Energy Forum.

“I appreciate employees who know how to get out of difficult situations, but I love those who don’t end up in such situations.

In 2010, we implemented a quality analysis system at Transelectrica. This system works very well even today.

We have SCADA systems implemented in wind and photovoltaic parks, in about 20 transformer stations. Our system is applied to the wind farm in Fantanele, the biggest project we worked on together with CEZ and for which we still do maintenance today.”
