Hidroelectrica announces that the recruitment and selection announcement for candidates for the position of Member of the Company’s Directorate has been published on the company’s website.
The announcement includes the mandatory conditions that candidates must fulfill and the evaluation/selection criteria as per Article 33, Annex 1 of Government Decision no. 722/2016 regarding the implementing rules of GEO no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises, with subsequent amendments and additions.
