    PeliPartners assisted WDP in the acquisition of Arad Business Park

    PeliPartners assisted WDP in the acquisition of Arad Business Park, with an area of 42,000 sqm logistics centre in Arad, in a business transfer deal. PeliPartners provided legal assistance throughout the process, including in the due diligence analysis and in the negotiation and execution of the transaction documents.
