TotalSoft, one of the leading providers of business information systems in Central and Eastern Europe, registered a turnover of 25 million Euro in 2021, up 11 percent from the previous year.

TotalSoft developed the first business partnerships for the sale, distribution and support of Charisma suite solutions in 2021. In addition, the company continued to invest in human capital by recruiting over 150 new employees. A major TotalSoft project was TotalSoft Academies, an accelerated career program through which dozens of juniors developed their consulting and development skills.

This year, TotalSoft is launching a business partnership program that aims to attract new strategic, business and technology partners, along with investments in new and existing products, as well as expansion in the area of cloud / SaaS solutions.

“The favorable results recorded by TotalSoft in 2021 are a direct consequence of the constant investment in solutions, along with the acceleration of the digitalization trend in the market. This year we will focus on the same goals, as well as on investing in human capital and attracting new partnerships. We also aim to significantly increase revenues from international markets by relying on this new partnership program. At the same time, the new business model based on the network of autonomous teams called “missions” becomes the infrastructure of a truly agile company that maintains focus and ensures the desired results,” said Gorken Tursucu, CEO of TotalSoft.
