Kostas Fiakas, INFORM: “Data is the fuel of digital transformation”

“We believe that technology is important and valuable when we are using it. We have assembled a portfolio of solutions that are suitable for enterprises and of course for the energy and utilities companies.

We have chatbots, we have RPA, we have automation in data capture, we have business applications that rely on customer experience and leads as well to loyalty applications.

We have the customer onboarding solutions that includes journey for KYC, KYB and we also couple all these journeys with the electronic signature,” Kostas Fiakas, Chief Strategy Officer, INFORM said during Digital Transformation Conference – Energy & Utilities organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

“Our solutions are modular and we can combine all of them if needed in integrated projects. We provide the same journeys also for the branches, with dedicated tablets and hardware, so that people can be onboarded having all their documents automatically scanned.

We can automate other experiences like the technical support and the helpdesk for the customers. Data is very important and I consider it the fuel of digital transformation. It’s very important for energy and utility companies to extract intelligence from the data they already have. There is a big potential for growth in big data and one process that makes sense is to qualify data that exists and how can it be useful.”
