    Prime Kapital extends its lease contract in Globalworth Tower Bucharest

    Prime Kapital, an integrated real estate developer, investor and operator, extended its lease in Globalworth Tower, Bucharest. The new deal is signed for an extra of 1,941 sqm of office space for the next 5 years. Thus, Prime Kapital carries out its activity now on a total area of 3,066 sqm in the building. Prior to signing the new leasing contract, the real estate company had an office area of 1,125 sqm.

    A tenant of Globalworth since 2017, Prime Kapital is well capitalized and is expanding rapidly across the region. The team comprises more than 350 real estate professionals, combining a multi-disciplinary skill-base along the entire property value-creation chain, including: investment, acquisition, design, construction management, leasing, asset and property management, sales, marketing and finance.

    Globalworth Tower, which is classified as Class A, rises to 120 metres over 26 floors and has a gross leasable area of ​​54,000 sqm. At the end of 2019, the building went through a series of changes. Therefore, the office market leader in Romania inaugurated the most advanced lobby in the region, with a number of technological premieres that include: the world’s largest kinetic floor in an office building, the longest screen wall in CEE, the largest natural green wall in an office building in southern and eastern Europe and a space to relax with heated marble steps.
