    Dentons assisted Payten in ContentSpeed takeover

    Dentons law firm assisted Payten, part of the Asseco Group, in acquiring the majority stake in ContentSpeed, leading eCommerce software & solution provider in Romania. By acquiring ContentSpeed, Payten makes another strategic investment in e-Commerce pursuing its business expansion by joining forces with ContentSpeed.

    As a holder of majority of the shares, Payten together with ContentSpeed will accelerate the development of existing and new ecommerce products and software solutions to provide an even better offering and service to merchants selling online and expand internationally.

    Searching for new possibilities, business expansion and synergies for growth acceleration have been among Payten’s priorities for many years.

    The Dentons M&A team was led by partner Cristian Popescu with assistance from Counsel Cristina Marcu and senior associate Mariana Marcu, who advised Payten on all steps of transactions.
