AFI Tech Park 1 announces Policolor as new tenant in its Class A office campus. The company will relocate its offices of approx. 1,100 sqm GLA in AFI Tech Park 1 and will become operational in the new offices in September 2021.

AFI Tech Park 1 is the first phase of AFI Tech Park Class A office campus, developed by AFI Europe in Romania, enclosing 70,000 sqm GLA. The project will comprise 3 office buildings that will offer the tenants various expansion options. AFI Tech Park 1 was delivered in 2018, offering 22,000 sqm GLA of Class A office spaces. The second phase of the project is now under development and is targeted to be delivered in Q3 2022.
