Anna-Maria Linek, Archibus Solution Center: “Employees put a lot of emphasis on the parameters that define those healthy buildings”

“The use of technology as a way of reserving our workplace is understood differently by companies. There are companies that want to reorganize the spaces so that there are fixed areas and agile areas for meetings. We work with a company whose employees work 2 days a week from home, and the rest from the office,” Anna-Maria Linek, VP Business Development, Archibus Solution Center – Romania said during “Workplace of the Future” conference organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

“This company has created so-called clusters organized by departments or functional areas. Employees can reserve spaces in the respective clusters without having a fixed point.

People put a lot of emphasis on the parameters that define those healthy buildings. Companies are more attentive to the atmosphere in the office, to the atmosphere in the building and want to monitor these parameters for the wellbeing of employees.”
