Georgiana Andrei, Regina Maria: “We need instruments to measure the wellbeing of employees”

    Published on

“Companies are concerned about the safety of employees, but also about their well-being. In recent months, companies have been looking more closely at the prevention side when it comes to health. Unfortunately, the reality does not look very good. We need instruments to measure wellbeing, because we have all been affected by the pandemic in the last year,” Georgiana Andrei, Corporate Sales Director, Regina Maria said during “Workplace of the Future” organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

We operate in hybrid mode and there are several aspects to consider for companies that want to return to the office. The space must be organized so that people are safe. There must be a manual of rules and instructions for employees. It is important to have a responsibility for the preparation of the spaces. It also discusses testing employees before returning to the office. 80% of the tests we use are PCR because they have a higher accuracy.”
