Andreea Cotiga, Immofinanz: “We expect more and more companies to adopt the hybrid working style”

“The year 2021 is characterized by a cautious optimism, as the evolution of the market will be decided by the evolution of the pandemic. We hope that vaccination will lead to a return to normality. We expect more and more companies to adopt the hybrid working style, with 1-2 days of remote work per week,” Andreea Cotiga, Senior Leasing Manager Office, Immofinanz said during “Workplace of the Future” organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

I think the office will remain at the heart of the business environment. There are many employees who say they have difficulties staying focused and connected. Offices will not lose their importance. In addition to health and safety measures, I believe that flexibility in the use of office space is gaining more and more ground. We focus on adapting the product to the needs of tenants and consumers. For this reason, flexibility has become a key element. Flexibility is a market trend. The accessibility or services of the office spaces will not change, they will weigh much more, there will be no changes from this point of view.

It is essential to respond to the needs of our tenants, which are becoming increasingly sophisticated.”
