AFI Europe Romania will start the construction works for the second phase of the AFI Tech Park Business Campus, following a total investment of 37 million Euro. The first building of the project has reached 80 percent occupancy rate and is to be fully leased by mid-year.

AFI Tech Park 1 is the first phase of the project – a class A office building with a total rental area of 22,000 sqm – and was completed in the third quarter of last year.

“The next phase of the project will include an 8-floor building, at the same high standards. Work will begin in the coming months and will most likely be completed by the end of next year. The estimated value of the investment in AFI Tech Park 2 amounts to 37 million Euro,” said Doron Klein, CEO of AFI Europe Romania.

AFI Tech Park 1 includes tenants such as New Work, Afcon Electra Romania, certSIGN, Knauf, World Class or WWF.
