CTP leases nearly 10,000 sqm to Chorus Research Engineering Distribution at CTPark Bucharest North

    Published on

CTP announces that Chorus Research Engineering Distribution, a Romanian provider of integrated electrical solutions for energy and automation technologies, has leased nearly 10,000 sqm of warehouse space at CTPark Bucharest North.

Chorus Research Engineering Distribution specialises in integrated electrical solutions for energy and automation technologies. The company provides a comprehensive portfolio of products, engineering services, and technical support for customers across the energy transition, renewable energy and industrial automation sectors. It continues to expand its business to meet growing market demand.

“Today’s occupiers expect more than warehouse space. They need facilities that support their current operations while remaining flexible enough to accommodate tomorrow’s growth. At CTP, we work closely with each customer to understand their business and deliver solutions that fit their specific requirements. The bespoke adaptations implemented for Chorus, including a dedicated ADR storage area and built-in expansion options, underscore our customer-focused approach”, says Andrei Marian, Business Development Director, CTP Romania.

“In addition to the excellent location, another reason to choose CTPark Bucharest North was the high standard of service provided by CTP. This level of support enables us to deliver high-performance solutions to the market, particularly in the renewable and energy storage sectors, which are core areas of our business”, explains Daniel Secheres, Chief Marketing Officer, Chorus Research Engineering Distribution.

The lease transaction was facilited by real estate consultancy company Activ Property Services.

Growing Romanian companies are becoming increasingly attentive to how the space they operate from supports their business development. In the case of Chorus, we started from the way the company operates and its specific logistics requirements, and the solution was adapted to accommodate, among other things, the storage of ADR goods. This is a trend we are seeing increasingly often in the market: companies are looking for spaces that can be configured around their operations and support their growth”, says Ionuț Grigoraș, Senior Industrial Broker, Activ Property Services, who facilitated the transaction.
