The Dristor Kebap Group announced that, in the first six months of the year, it generated revenue of 54.4 million RON, up 43.7 percent compared to the same period in 2025, while the number of orders increased by 19.4 percent to nearly 640,000. At the same time, the company is strengthening its governance structure by appointing James Simmons, former CEO of Unilever South Central Europe (SCE), as Board Advisor, while investor interest in the SeedBlink funding campaign has exceeded expectations.

Dristor Kebap expects to close 2026 with revenue of RON 108.7 million, driven by the contribution of new restaurants and the continued pace of development.

The first-half results confirm that the investments made in recent years in infrastructure, technology and operational processes are translating into accelerated business growth. We opened two new restaurants, both profitable from their first month of operation, while the existing network continues to deliver solid performance. Our objective remains to build a company capable of sustaining long-term growth at national scale, says Fatih Pakcan, Founder and Executive President of Dristor Kebap Group.

Restaurant-level operating profit reached RON 7.69 million in the first half of 2026, compared with RON 4.5 million in the same period last year. In addition, the average order value increased by 20.3 percent to RON 85.2.

Compared with 2025, the Group has added two new locations, bringing the total to 12. The restaurant opened in Feeria Băneasa Shopping Center generated close to RON 2.8 million in revenue during its first three months of operation and recorded the highest average order value in the network. The location opened in Orhideea Shopping Center was also profitable from its first month of operation.

Dristor Kebap Group also announces the appointment of James Simmons, former CEO of Unilever South Central Europe, as Board Advisor. He will contribute to the company’s development through his expertise in brand strategy, expansion, and corporate governance.

I am delighted to join the Dristor Kebap team as an advisor to the Board of Directors. As one of Romania’s most beloved and iconic brands, Dristor has a promising future. I’m looking forward to this next chapter, driving success at home and internationally to build a gilt-edged Romanian success story, says James Simmons, former CEO of Unilever South Central Europe (SCE) and Board Advisor in Dristor Kebap Group.

”As the business grows, we believe it is essential to strengthen the company’s governance structure. James Simmons’ experience in developing global brands will provide valuable insight as Dristor Kebap moves into its next phase of growth and as we implement our medium- and long-term strategy”, ads Fatih Pakcan.
